Maslow Capital has completed more than €1bn (around £838m) of bridging facilities across the UK and Europe since the start of 2026.
Facilities this year have ranged from a £164,000 loan to convert a house in Herefordshire into an HMO, to a £137m facility refinancing two completed residential towers in Manchester.
Lending has spanned residential, hotel, student accommodation, logistics and commercial property.
The lender said much of the year’s activity has been in smaller loans, including acquisitions, auction purchases, refurbishments, change-of-use conversions and refinances.
Mark Posniak, managing director and head of short-term finance (UK & Europe) at Maslow Capital (pictured above), commented: “Passing €1bn of bridging completions before the year concludes is a significant milestone.
“I am very proud of our teams across the UK and Europe who have delivered it, and grateful to the brokers who continue to trust us with their clients.
“We have built a platform that gives every borrower the same focus and certainty, whether the facility is a few hundred thousand or more than a hundred million.
“That is what our clients have come to rely on. We go into 2027 with the team, the platform and the funding to keep delivering on that commitment.”
