Mayfair uses Skype to complete multi-million pound deal

Mayfair Bridging has assisted a high-net-worth foreign national involved in a residential development refinancing.

The property which was located in one of the most exclusive areas of London was used to aid the investor’s next property project.

The loan amount of £4.5m was completed thanks to Skype video calls as the borrowers were based in multiple areas.

Mayfair used three separate law firms based in Switzerland, British Virgin Islands and the UK and used video calls from their international offices to conduct the deal.
