Mint Bridging appoints new Director

The short term property lender which prides itself on its customer service and flexible approach, has appointed Paul Wertheim, an experienced retailer and entrepreneurial businessman to the growing team.
 
“Mint is a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage of its evolution” said Paul, who has recently joined the Company as Operations Director.  

“This expansion phase is an especially demanding period, particularly bearing in mind the commitment to the company’s ethos of ‘yes means yes’. Ensuring that we meet each borrower and inspect all properties can be time consuming but is vital in maintaining the company’s objective of fully understanding every aspect of the transactions” he added.

Paul’s expertise will be used in developing methods and systems to aid and further improve this approach, which was established to retain a direct personal approach of working with borrowers to achieve common objectives.

Also commenting on the new hire, Andrew Lazare , Managing Director of Mint Bridging, said: “We will continue to expand during 2015 and Paul’s appointment is another important step in that process.

“Paul is bringing to Mint a skill set we previously did not possess in-house. Our level of business has massively increased in recent times and we are all looking forward to another busy new year.”
