Mint Property Finance bolsters operational transformation strategy with change manager appointment

Mint Property Finance has appointed Zoe Langer (pictured above) as change manager.

Zoe joins Mint with more than 20 years of industry experience, including senior operational and change management roles at Together and Assetz Capital.

Specialising in operational transformation, customer journey enhancement and process improvement, Zoe will work across the business to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of key initiatives.

Having helped establish operational change frameworks within previous lending businesses, Zoe said the opportunity to build and shape operational transformation at Mint was a major attraction.
