Mint Property Finance has bolstered its loan servicing function with the appointment of Ryan Jarman (pictured above) as portfolio manager.
Ryan brings experience across credit risk, credit management and property portfolio administration.
Most recently, Ryan worked at Savills helping manage a substantial portfolio of commercial assets.
At Mint, Ryan will be responsible for managing borrower relationships throughout the loan process.
Ryan commented: "I wanted to make a significant contribution to the growth ambitions of a business that I feel does things the right way, and Mint feels like the perfect home for that.
“Moving into a lender environment felt like a natural progression for me. What stood out about Mint was its family values, collaborative culture and solution-orientated approach. It felt like a business where I could make a real difference whilst continuing to develop professionally."
Reflecting on his first few weeks, he said: "Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive.
“I've spent time with every department across the business, learning how transactions progress and how each team contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
Commenting on the appointment, Irene Thomas, managing director at Mint Property Finance, added: “Ryan's appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in both our people and the customer journey.
“Portfolio management plays a vital role in ensuring borrowers feel supported throughout the life of their loan, and Ryan's experience in relationship management, credit control and customer service will be a real asset to the business.”
