Montello rebrands as LendInvest

Recognised bridging lender Montello Bridging Finance has announced its official rebrand with the new name of LendInvest.

The mortgage origination and servicing capability of Montello will now be operating under the LendInvest brand, following a corporate restructuring within the Montello group.

The Montello brand will now evolve into a pure funds management business, which will be in charge of managing institutional funding lines, alongside the three existing Montello funds.

Commenting on the rebrand, Christian Faes, CEO of LendInvest, said: "This move makes perfect sense to us, and avoids the issue of possible confusion between the Montello and LendInvest brands.

“LendInvest is a mortgage lender and Montello is the funds management business that backs many of the loans originated by LendInvest.

"We will continue to provide the same great service, and fast and flexible bridging finance, now under the LendInvest brand.
