Morpheus Lending delivers £1.5m day one drawdown on new RCF product

First deal completed as two further revolving credit facilities enter legals

Morpheus Lending has completed its first revolving credit facility (RCF) since recently launching the new product.

The deal saw an initial day-one drawdown of £1.5m for an experienced landlord with a mixed portfolio of unencumbered residential and commercial assets.

To ensure a streamlined and efficient process, Morpheus Lending utilised its custom AVM technology to value the majority of the portfolio.

Designed to support professional property investors, the RCF provides flexible access to capital, allowing the borrower to enhance their existing portfolio while continuing to pursue new acquisition opportunities.

Matt Mawdesley, CEO and founder of Morpheus Lending (pictured above), commented: “We built this product for instances exactly like this — to provide quick and commercially structured facilities to unlock wider portfolio value.

“With another two already in legals at the minute, it’s clear the market has reacted positively to the new Morpheus RCF."
