MS Lending Group launches below market value bridging product

MS Lending Group has launched its below market value (BMV) bridge, a new bridging finance product designed to help property investors unlock more funding.

The new product lends against the strength of the purchase itself, recognising the work investors put into sourcing under-value opportunities.

Under the new product, MS Lending Group will lend:

• up to 90% of the purchase price on residential assets, subject to this not exceeding 70% of market value

• up to 80% of the purchase price on commercial assets, subject to this not exceeding 60% of the 180-day value

MS Lending said the launch aims to support investors who have genuinely bought well to access significantly more funding upfront, reducing the capital they need to bring to a purchase and freeing up cash for renovation, onward investment, or simply moving faster on their next opportunity.
