New brokerage FORTO Finance launches

New brokerage FORTO Finance has launched in the UK mortgage and protection market.

The new brokerage will support a broad range of clients and offer advice not only on residential mortgages, remortgages, BTL lending and specialist property finance but also on protection.

Founded by mortgage and protection adviser Anthony Curtis (pictured above) and supported by operations manager Esmé Rook the firm said it has been established to provide clear, proactive advice for clients navigating an increasingly complex market.

FORTO Finance has completed a successful pilot ahead of launch and will support a range of borrowers, including first-time buyers, home movers, self-employed applicants, high-net-worth individuals and property investors seeking specialist funding solutions — with a particular focus on expat borrowers.

Anthony commented: “We’ve been running a pilot since April and we now know the proposition works.

“The number of choices available to clients has increased significantly in recent years, while provider offers are evolving all the time.
