New brokerage Heath Capital Advisory enters the market

A new brokerage, Heath Capital Advisory, has been launched by Jack Heath (pictured above).

With over a decade of industry experience, Jack has held roles at lenders like United Trust Bank and Whitehall Capital.

Previously he was a mortgage broker at Stuart Financial Services and Knight Frank.

Specialising in real estate debt advisory, Jack has already completed over £10m in transactions since launching.

Recent deals include a £3.4m portfolio refinance with Ultimate Finance and a £5m development facility with Pivot.

The brokerage aims to offer clients perspective on the funding process from both sides of the table, with an understanding of what it takes to get deals over the line from both lending and advisory experience.

Working alongside property investors, developers, and commercial landlords, Heath Capital Advisory is focused on delivering advice, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and finding tailored funding solutions.

Jack has ambitions for the team to expand further before the end of the year to target future growth.

Commenting on the launch, Jack said: “It’s always been my goal to create my own advisory business — and I specifically wanted to build a brokerage that puts relationships first.

“Giving genuine, honest advice to make the funding process as seamless as possible has been a priority of mine since I first started working in this industry.

“It’s been a fantastic start, and I’m really excited to see where this goes.”
