New conveyancer quotation tool launches

The conveyancing search provider’s tool uses Land Registry data to automatically select a tenure based on a validated property address.
It can be embedded into conveyancing firms’ websites and provides an instant online quotation.
Andy Somerville, director at Search Acumen, said: “The complimentary quotation tool is another example of Search Acumen supporting its customers to improve efficiency in the workplace.
“It has the added benefit of helping firms to convert new business leads through a quick turnaround in calculating conveyancing fees.

The tool can be adapted to allow firms to use their own logo, branding, personalised documentation as well as to customise their fees.
