Nivo relaunches website to help brokers measure AI cost and time savings

Nivo has relaunched its website to help brokers assess how AI could reduce the time and cost of gathering, checking and chasing documents.
The new site also includes full pricing and a sample case report showing what its Nivo Collect service delivers.
Brokers can review a complete example of the checked evidence pack and case analysis, compare Collect with document-checking tools and see exactly what is included in the monthly cost.
Nivo Collect gives each brokerage its own AI assistant that works via email, gathering and checking the evidence needed to support a mortgage application.
Brokers email in a case, with the assistant then identifying what is required, collecting documents, identity evidence and searches from every applicant, and chasing anything outstanding.
The service checks the information supplied against what applicants have declared and returns a checked evidence pack ready for submission. An accompanying case report sets out readiness for submission, affordability based on the evidence, and any issues that need the broker’s attention. This allows advisers and administrators to spend more time supporting clients and progressing cases.
The sample report on the website shows how this works through a fictional residential purchase.
Published pricing also helps firms assess the potential savings against their existing administration costs.
George Lee, marketing lead at Nivo, said: “Brokers are being asked to sit through a lot of demos at the moment, and it’s hard to tell one claim from another.
“We wanted to make it easier for them to assess Collect, so we’ve put everything on the website: the price, a full sample of what they receive and an honest comparison with the tools we’re measured against.
“They can see what the service does, what it costs and how it could fit into their business.”
