OakNorth backs Gold Funding with bespoke loan-on-loan facility to support bridging growth

OakNorth has provided a bespoke loan-on-loan facility for Gold Funding Ltd to refinance existing funding lines and support Gold Funding’s bridging finance platform.

Gold Funding Ltd is a London-based lender focused on short-term bridging finance across London and the M25 region.

The business primarily lends against residential assets, including BTL properties and HMOs, as well as selective mixed-use opportunities.

Since its inception the firm has originated over £600m of loans across around 1500 transactions.

The business is led by Arye Grossnass and Shalom Gold, who together bring decades of experience across real estate investment, lending and finance.

The bespoke facility from OakNorth will support the refinancing of existing funding lines and provide additional capacity to support Gold Funding’s continued growth and origination activity.
