OSB Group welcomes ESG specialists

OSB Group has added Shana Roberts (pictured above, left) and Lexi Tsalkitzoglou (right) to its dedicated ESG team to support the firm’s social commitment.

Shana joins OSB Group as its new group communities and charitable business partner, who will be responsible for preparing and implementing the group’s strategy which actively supports its charity partners and local good causes through fundraisers, fund matching and volunteering. 

She will also continue to build strong relationships with charity and community partners ensuring the firm creates positive and lasting outcomes within its local communities.

Meanwhile, Lexi will be OSB Group’s diversity, equity and inclusion specialist, focusing on fostering an inclusive and diverse culture and environment for colleagues, customers and suppliers. 

Lexi will spearhead campaigns promoting diversity, equity and inclusion at OSB Group, as well as build on past successes, including the group’s status as a Disability Confident Employer, signatory of the Women in Finance Charter and member of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI).

Commenting on the appointment, Neil Richardson, ESG sustainability director at OSB Group said: “We have developed a set of ESG principles which will underpin all the activities we do; it’s critical for businesses to adopt and develop a more sustainable approach to how they operate.
