New recruits Martin Flannigan, Liam Killen, Siobhan Rules, Ben Clarke, David Cowe and Annamaria Rossi will work alongside the lender’s current BDMs, all of whom will be led by business development directors Rebecca Ennis and Rachel Mackenzie.
Each of the new BDMs will be responsible for a different region of the country — including North West, North East, South and West Yorkshire, Merseyside and North Wales, East Midlands, and Oxford and Three Counties.
They will be seeking new SME clients in their specific area to offer them tailored lending solutions.
Liam said: “I'm excited to be part of a fast-growing ambitious company.
“We can help companies in every sector with their funding requirements, and we are there for when the banks say no.”
OSBF’s managing director Andrew Mackenzie said he was pleased to be expanding the team.
“Our recruitment of six new BDMs delivers our strategic objective of having resources close to our clients throughout the Midlands and North of England,” he added.
“The deliberate focus away from city centres allows us to support SME businesses from the M4 to the Scottish Borders and from West Wales to East Anglia.
“With this further investment in our business, we are confident of maintaining our rapid growth and consolidating our position as one of the fastest growing businesses in the region.”
