Positive Lending has extended its offer to provide free upfront valuations on bridging applications from Precise Mortgages and Aldermore Bank.
The packager said the incentive was available to all applications greater than £200k net and where the property value was less than £1m.
It is also offered with no charges to Precise or Aldermore pricing so rates would start from 0.59% per month with a 2% facility, while introducers would be paid a minimum of 1.25% commission.
