The UK headquarters of the Paragon Group of companies has been sold after a lengthy bidding process which saw more than 50 parties registered an interest.

A buyer has now been found or Paragon House in Solihull after the bidding drove the price to £20 million for the 97,021 sq ft building.
Property adviser GVA had been appointed to market Paragon House and Greg Judd, Senior Director in GVA’s restructuring and recovery team, has been appointed as joint LPA receiver over the property.
