The lender has promoted Daryl Johnson to the position of technical and development director, while Samantha Anderson has become head of operations.
Praetura entered the asset finance market three-and-a-half years ago and has seen the business grow rapidly and hopes the promotions will herald a new phase in its ambitious growth plans.
“Once again, these are exciting times for us here at Praetura,” said Mike Hartley, managing director at Praetura Asset Finance (pictured above).
“We will never rest on our laurels and are always looking for ways to improve and progress.”
Mike welcomed the promotions adding: “Being able to specifically draw on Daryl’s strategic and technical skills is intrinsic to progressing our business’s development and growth.
“Consequently, Samantha will be taking on more responsibility within the operational side of the business, which her new role reflects.”
Daryl added: “I am very proud of everything we have achieved to date at Praetura and am very much looking forward to the challenge of playing an integral part in building something even more significant.”
Meanwhile, Mike concluded: “While more and more businesses are benefiting from the options that asset finance can make possible, there are many others that still aren’t aware, or think if one bank or lender says no, then there are no other alternatives.
“This has to change.
“Praetura aims to be at the very forefront of driving awareness and promoting the added value that the alternative finance sector can offer to the SMEs that form the very backbone of this country’s industry.”
