B&C has been exclusively told by Precise Mortgages that it is launching a Bridge-to-Let product, boasting a rate of 4.39 per cent with terms of up to 30 years.
Standard bridging pricing will be from 0.85 per cent per month. All of its bridging customers have the option to transfer to a traditional BTL product after four months.
This has been planned for several weeks and the product is in line with the lender's transparent and fair approach to its customers.
Full product information will be revealed in B&C tomorrow, with the product set to be launched on Monday June 17th.
