Property crowdfunding platform Property Moose has launched its first London home in which investors can purchase a share from £500.
The three-bedroom townhouse in Purley, Croydon, is one of the platform’s 34-house portfolio and is being bought for £425,000.
Andrew Gardiner, Founder of Property Moose, said: “Through property crowdfunding, we’re giving people back control over their investments and offering them a property investment opportunity that for many, would not be possible in the current buy-to-let market.
“We make sure that all investors are in full control of their investment every step of the way through our innovative online voting system, and give them the opportunity to enjoy monthly income as well as any capital growth.
“Adding a London property means we can now offer our members the chance to diversify their investments across every area of the country, something that we believe is unique in the property crowdfunding market and something our investors enjoy about the platform.”
Using Property Moose’s online service, investors can view the property, see how much money has been invested to date and track their projected return on investment.
Founded in 2013, Property Moose has over 5,000 registered investors in 49 countries and funded £3m worth of property deals.
