RateSetter has vacated its offices in South London and moved to the City.

In September, the peer-to-peer lender announced a major investment drive which included moving to new offices, but said this would result in losses over the next two years.

“After five years in Southwark, South London, we’ve grown from three to 120 employees and have now run out of space,” said RateSetter.

It completed the move to 55 Bishopsgate last Monday but will still be using same email addresses and phone numbers.

It caps off a busy year for RateSetter, which last month revealed it had spent £500,000 to achieve FCA authorisation.
