RAW Capital Partners achieves best-ever year after surpassing 2025 lending volumes

New bridging proposition and sales team expansion driving record lending performance

RAW Capital Partners has surpassed the total value of mortgages it delivered in 2025, making 2026 its best-ever year on record.

In December 2025, the lender expanded its offering to lend to UK residents, and in July this year it launched a bridging proposition.

In September, RAW Capital Partners announced that its loan book had surpassed the £250m milestone.

The lender attributes its success primarily to its funding, which comes from its own RAW Mortgage Fund.

RAW Capital Partners has also expanded its sales team with the appointment of Andy Cameron as its new business development executive.

Andy, who has over five years of experience in financial services, will be based in London where he will build relations with intermediaries, clients and networks.

Ben Nichols, CEO at RAW Capital Partners (pictured above), said: “For the second year in a row, we’ve surpassed the previous year’s lending volumes, and again we’ve done it with time to spare.

“This is particularly pleasing given the broader economic and geopolitical landscape, which continues to present challenges for BTL investors and brokers.

“In light of these challenges, a key focus for RAW over the past year has been diversifying our offering; the recent launch of our bridging proposition is a perfect example.

“To that end, the entire RAW team deserves a huge amount of credit. From our growing sales team to our experienced underwriters, there’s a great deal of dedication that goes into achieving consistent year-on-year growth.”
