Reim Capital closes £5m bridging loan

Tariq Ansari, finance specialist at Mutual Finance, introduced the deal on behalf of the borrower, who required the funds to purchase an apartment in Marylebone, central London.
The bridging loan was secured at 75% of OMV and priced at 0.75% over a six-month term.
