REIM completes £2m semi-commercial and residential re-bridge

The eight-month term facility was agreed at 70% LTV of a 180 day value and 75% LTV at market value — the exit plan for the facility is to refinance onto a term loan.
Commenting on the deal, Amar Khiroya, principal at REIM Capital (pictured above, left), said: “We are pleased to assist this borrower in refinancing their expanding portfolio.
“I’m glad that the underwriting team were able to use a commercial approach to get this complex deal done. It’s always a smooth process when working with PKD mortgages and I’m glad we could get another one over the line for them.”
The firm’s latest deal follows the completion of a £1.85m prime asset refinance loan in November of last year.
