Relendex granted full FCA authorisation

The authorisation will also allow the lender to launch its new Innovative Finance Isa.
Michael Lynn, founder and CEO of Relendex (pictured above), said: “FCA full authorisation marks a fantastic start to 2017 for the Relendex team and platform, which will further encourage and facilitate investment in commercial property from both our UK and foreign investors.

Relendex specialises in the commercial real estate lending market.

Earlier this month, peer-to-peer lender Proplend also secured full FCA authorisation.
