Reward Funding has strengthened its London and South East team by promoting Tom Annetts (pictured above, right) to business development director.

Tom brings experience in portfolio management, having held previous roles at Barclays, Aldermore Bank and Novuna.

He joined Reward in March 2023 as a relationship manager before being promoted to portfolio team leader in June 2025.

Within the team, Tom will be focused on growing Reward’s presence across the Thames Valley.

Several new additions have joined Reward’s teams across the Midlands, Greater London and the North East over the last few months.

Commenting on the new position, Tom said: I’ve been with the Reward team for a number of years now, and the job is still as exciting as it was on day one.

I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running with this new role and building our presence across the Thames Valley and wider South East region.

There’s a lot of businesses out there needing funding flexibility at the moment.

The Reward team and I are here and ready to support businesses that want to grow.”

Simon Adcock, regional director for London and the South East at Reward (pictured above, left), added: The Thames Valley remains a hugely important region for ambitious SMEs and property professionals.

Tom’s promotion ensures we continue to invest in local relationships and regional expertise as demand for flexible funding continues to grow.”
