Roma makes key promotions across sales and people teams

Roma Finance has made a series of internal promotions, led by Gaynor Doran’s (pictured above) elevation from head of people to people director.

As people director, Gaynor will continue to lead Roma’s people strategy, supporting organisational growth and ensuring the foundations are in place to attract, retain and nurture talent.

Promotions have also been awarded across Roma’s sales and relationship functions.

Alisha Chu is now regional business development lead, Kerry Bradshaw has been promoted to internal sales and growth lead, and Claudine Reynolds to relationship manager lead.

They join Paula Dowson and Daniel Hill as team leads, with all five reporting to Sonia Mann, head of sales.

The team supports key areas of Roma’s sales operations, helping strengthen the lender’s relationships with brokers and its support for customers.
