ScotLend launches new website as UK lending activity grows

ScotLend Group has launched a new website following a period of significant growth.

The new website has been created to reflect the scale and reach of the business today, while making it easier for brokers to understand ScotLend’s lending appetite and get a deal in front of the right people.

It brings the lender’s criteria, recent case studies, broker resources and team information together in one place, alongside a simpler deal submission process.

“The old website did a job, but it no longer reflected the business we are today,” said David Travers, CEO. “The new site makes our appetite clearer, shows the breadth of deals we are completing and gives brokers a much easier way to get a case in front of us."

ScotLend provides unregulated first and second charge bridging finance from £30,000 to £2m across England, Wales and Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands.
