SENG acquires Hammersmith site with £18.2m facility

Site forms part of firm's living sector strategy

SENG has acquired 26-28 Hammersmith Grove in West London, with the support of an £18.2m acquisition facility from specialist real estate lender ASK Partners.

The 2.3-acre site is made up of around 200,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure accommodation across two principal wings and a link block. Located approximately two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Broadway, the site forms part of SENG’s broader living sector strategy.

“Hammersmith Grove is an exciting addition to our portfolio and aligns well with our wider living sector strategy,” said Elliot Dubey, Partner at SENG.

“We see considerable long-term potential in the site and look forward to progressing our plans.

We have worked with ASK on a number of transactions and value their commercial and flexible approach.”
