Shawbrook boosts commercial mortgages team

Shawbrook Bank has announced two new appointments to its commercial mortgages sales team.

Ade Akande has been appointed Sales Operations Manager while Paul Cater will act as Sales and Project Support Executive.

Ade’s role will enable more in-depth information discovery and analysis, along with data control and process improvement within the commercials mortgages team.

Paul’s position will help optimise the time of the various support functions within the business, delivering more resource across essential administrative tasks required to support existing and new brokers, and helping with extensive project workload across all departments.  

Sales and Marketing Director of Commercial Mortgages at Shawbrook, Karen Bennett, said both roles were part of a focus to continually improve processes to “ ensure that our broker partners receive the best possible service”.

“Ade and Paul bring a wealth of experience to the team, and are already helping to build efficiencies across our offering,” Karen added.
