SHC Capital and Cynergy Bank support £32m south London retail portfolio regeneration

SHC Capital has arranged a substantial term loan on behalf of a property investment group which plans to improve and regenerate a £32m portfolio of high street retail units in south London.

The investment term loan includes an element of stabilisation and is being provided by Cynergy Bank.

It will enable the refurbishment of a number of retail units, which are fully tenanted and generating income, while also driving a wider regeneration of the surrounding area.
