Signature Property Finance hires Jamie Jolly as commercial director

Signature Property Finance has appointed Jamie Jolly (pictured above) as its new commercial director.

He brings more than 20 years’ experience in specialist property finance, spanning product development, distribution, underwriting and senior leadership.

Jamie joins from Secure Trust Bank, where as director of bridging, he created the bank’s dedicated bridging team.

He has also held previous senior roles at Hilco Real Estate Finance, Hampshire Trust Bank, Somo and Together.

His appointment closely follows the arrival of sales director Ian Miller-Hawes in September.

At Signature, Jamie is expected to lead product development and develop the firm’s distribution strategy, working alongside Ian to widen broker and developer relationships.

Jamie said: “Having spent the last few years building a bridging business, I wanted the chance to do it somewhere decisions are made quickly, by experienced people who really understand what borrowers need in the current market.

“The timing felt right. With Ian already rebuilding the sales team and a clear plan for growth, there’s a real opportunity to shape products around what brokers and developers actually need, rather than what fits neatly into a spreadsheet.
