TWM Solicitors joins the BDLA

TWM Solicitors is a full-service law firm with a lender services division celebrating 25 years in 2025.

The firm is based in the South East and London and specialises in legal support for bridging, development, and mezzanine finance transactions, as well as mini securitisations, structured finance, loan management, recoveries, and funding.

The BDLA’s membership now exceeds 90 organisations, with lender members responsible for a combined loan book worth more than £10.3bn.
