Watts Commercial Finance marks 20 years in business

Watts Commercial Finance has celebrated its 20th anniversary with an event at Combermere Abbey in Cheshire.

The brokerage officially marked two decades in business on 11th September, with colleagues and lending partners coming together for an anniversary celebration on 17th September.

Founded in Cheshire, Watts Commercial has grown into a national independent commercial finance brokerage, now part of the Pivotal Group.

The firm works with businesses, property developers and investors across the UK, arranging commercial and investment mortgages, bridging finance, property development finance, invoice financing, asset finance, acquisition funding, and unsecured business loans through its network of lender relationships.

Its growth over the past 20 years has also seen the team expand nationally while retaining what it described as a relationship-led approach to broking.

The anniversary event included a drinks reception sponsored by Shawbrook Bank, while entertainment sponsored by Together featured performances from A Million Dreams: The Greatest Shows Tribute Act and Lionel Vinyl, followed by a DJ set.

The evening also raised funds for Watts Commercial’s charity partner, The Joshua Tree, which supports families affected by childhood cancers.

Guests took part in a prize draw for an 18ct white-gold trilogy diamond pendant donated by John Pass Jewellers.
