Yellow Stone Finance launches referral service

The new debt advisory company – which was launched in December 2018 by Miranda Khadr (pictured above) – provides specialist and independent advice for clients seeking property or business funding.
This includes bridging, development, mezzanine, asset and trade finance, in addition to commercial mortgages and invoice discounting.
The referral service provides brokers with an option to earn a fee from cases they may be unable to place because they don’t have the time or are unable to source appropriate funding.
Miranda said that specialist knowledge and personal relationships were a key element of successfully placing deals in the market.
“So, for brokers who may not have those relationships, we have launched this new service that means you can work with Yellow Stone Finance to leverage our expertise and experience to find the right solution for your client.”
