Zorin hires ex-Funding Circle underwriter

Colin Chung (pictured above) has been recruited as an associate director in the credit risk team, while Katy Katani (pictured below) has joined as head of business development.

Colin was previously at Funding Circle, where he was a senior property underwriter, and has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance.

He also served for four years in the real estate finance team at Canada Life in London and in the real estate debt restructuring team at Lloyds Bank.

Katy joins from Curtin & Co, where she was business development director and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including four years at Charles Russell Speechlys as business development manager for the property team.

Zorin recently exceeded £200m of lending after completing its largest deal to date.
