Residential and non-residential transactions increase in September

The provisional seasonally adjusted estimate of the number of UK residential transactions in September 2024 was at 91,820, a 9% increase from the same time last year and a less than 1% increase from August 2024, according to the latest UK monthly property transactions commentary from HMRC.
