The integration is designed to be an additional way to connect with the lender and provide quick and easy updates on existing cases, as well as gauge appetite on new cases without phone calls.
Some of the key features of the WhatsApp business integration include messaging tools, on the go app form, click to chat functionality and headline updates on case progress or how to redeem.
MS Lending said the system is more suited to some customer lifestyles which are short on time, and on the move.
