Shrena joins Shawbrook from Santander – where she served for nine years, most recently as a relationship director – and will cover London and the South East.

Amanda – who will focus on the Midlands and south Wales – joins from Darlington Building Society, where she served as key account manager.
She has over 20 years of experience in the mortgages and financial services markets, having previously worked for Northern Rock, Virgin Money and Bank of Ireland.
