D’mitri will be responsible for all residential lending across Octopus Real Estate and focus on continuing to improve customer service as well as building the sales team.

Currently, the residential lending business provides residential bridging loans, bridge-to-let loans, refurbishment loans and BTL mortgages.

His most recent role at the specialist real estate investor was head of sales, a position he held for four years.

In addition, Dan Murray (right) has been promoted to the role of head of sales.

Dan was previously head of London sales — a position he held for the past two years — and will be responsible for running a team of BDMs in addition to supporting borrowers in the residential, commercial and development lending sectors across the UK.
