The lender has financed projects within the region that range from a £35,000 loan up to £1.82m.

“Without question, small, ground-up developments of between one and five houses is an area where we have seen the biggest increase in enquiry numbers and successful deals completed on Merseyside.
“Merseyside will remain our home and we’ll continue to support local individuals and businesses.
“Once again, we are on track to grow the business by a further 25% in the coming year and naturally expect this trend to follow in Merseyside.”
