The new business — which aims to provide strategic solutions to European lenders, financial institutions and investment fund managers — will be led by valuations expert Taco Brink, co-founder and managing director at VAS Valuation Management.

Taco has more than 30 years of experience in valuation management and was most recently the managing director and head at Situs RERC Europe. 

Prior to that, he was the European head of valuation management at Altus Group.

VAS Valuation Management will be based in London and is focused on providing valuation management and advisory services to the international commercial real estate industry.
