He is leaving after an almost 13-year tenure at Precise and over two years at OSB, with his last day being tomorrow (30th April).

Richard served as the firm’s head of bridging from December 2022, after being head of bridging at Precise mortgages for over 10 years.

Before that, he had spent over one year as an underwriting manager at the company.
