In their new roles, both Paul and Darryl will offer solutions for brokers who require bridging, development finance and term loans for residential and commercial purposes.
In addition, Darryl will aid the lender’s director, James Bloom, by providing telephone-based support for brokers, and attending exhibitions and training events.
Paul, who has 15 years of residential and commercial property finance experience, joins Alternative Bridging Corporation from Glenhawk.
Prior to this, he held roles at Bank of Ireland, Amicus Property Finance, Oblix Capital and HS Credit.
Meanwhile, Darryl has almost seven years of experience in property finance, having previously worked at First Union Mortgages, Charleston Financial, MFS and, most recently, Black Book Finance.
