Rick, who joined Octane in 2018, will take on more management of the team, while still being a crucial member of the structured finance department.

Jamie — who began his career at Octane in 2017 — commented: “I’m fortunate enough to have shared in the success of Octane since I joined on day one. 

“The chance to progress my development, [and] working with Alex and Rick in the structured finance team is an exciting opportunity for me.”

Commenting on her promotion after almost six years at the company, Nicky said she was delighted to take the next step in her career with the specialist lender. 

“My new role increases my involvement with more complex credit management and will see me taking on mentoring responsibilities for our credit analyst team,” she added.

Speaking about his new role, Chris said: “Since I started at Octane in 2020, I have been interested in both the underwriting and the servicing sides of the business, so to move into this new role and focus on the loan portfolio as well as credit management fills me with excitement.”
