She joins from NatWest, where she was a relationship director, after starting her career as a business advisor at the bank in 2004.

In her new role, she will be responsible for promoting its fast and flexible finance to a network of SMEs, property investors, landlords and developers across the region.

Surb will report to Elliot Vure, director of corporate sales at Together.
