The promotion is available on all residential, commercial, and semi-commercial bridging applications up to a maximum loan size of £1m.
To qualify for the valuation refund, loans will need to complete by 15th March.
LTV options are available up to 70%, with terms spanning from three to 18 months.
Loans can be used for a variety of purposes, including property refurbishment, auction finance and capital raising.
