Bridge Finance Direct is headed up by vice chairman of the Association of Bridging Professionals, Simon Juniper, and Platinum Options directors Tony Bunting and Danny Antoniou.

The brokerage, which does not charge any upfront fees or commitment fees, arranges bridging and development funding.

Being regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the company also has consultants which can help clients with their exit strategy if they require advice on a mortgage or buy-to-let product. 

Commenting on the launch, Simon, who has been working in the bridging industry since 2007, said: “This is certainly an interesting time to be embarking on a new venture in the specialist market and a challenge which myself, Tony and Danny are looking forward to facing head-on. 

“Our aim is to bring our respective areas – and years - of experience together to form a formidable team within this growing sector, with an emphasis on getting deals done quickly and with great results.”

Simon was Managing Director at bridging specialist Only Bridging for just under 10 years before setting up Bridge Finance Direct.
