Shawbrook announces commercial team promotions

Shawbrook has promoted several employees to senior positions within its commercial mortgages team.

The challenger bank is undergoing a restructuring of its field sales team, which delivers Shawbrook’s services throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Gavin Seaholme has been promoted to senior development manager after serving as regional development manager for the Midlands and will work closely with senior management to strengthen the bank’s offering to broker partners.

Marc Champ has risen to senior regional manager for central London having previously held the position of regional development manager.

Marc will support Shawbrook’s key sales initiatives in addition to managing the lender’s central London operation.

Finally, Lee Albino and Daryl Norkett have become regional development managers after operating as business development managers for the North, and East Anglia and London respectively.

The pair will have additional autonomy to focus on their own strategies to drive business in their regions, while reporting to head of sales Sarah Woolf and sales director Emma Cox.

“It gives me great pleasure to announce these well-deserved promotions within our field sales team,” said Emma.

“It is testament to the ongoing commitment and passion which Lee, Daryl, Marc and Gavin demonstrate on a daily basis in their respective regions.

“They are outstanding ambassadors for the Shawbrook way of doing business – applying good sense and expertise alongside an award-winning level of service – and I am confident that they will provide great value for our brokers and their clients in the years ahead.”
