Emma started her career in the real estate industry at Foxtons before joining mortgage brokerage Enness, where she became head of client services.
During her time at Enness, Emma built up and oversaw a team of trainee mortgage brokers as well as implementing essential processes within the company.
At Avamore, Emma will be primarily working closely with the principals and underwriters to originate new enquiries, manage them through to completion and subsequently oversee the asset management process.
Emma will also be involved in the wider operational activities of the business.

Emma’s appointment comes after last month’s announcement that Avamore was scrapping its BDM model.
